Findora's AI search assistant and credit system are built for genuine lead-generation use. To keep the
platform fast and fair for everyone, the following applies to all accounts:
Intended Use
- The AI assistant is for describing real lead-search needs and not for testing, probing, or exploratory
prompting unrelated to finding business contacts
- Searches and credit spend should reflect genuine outreach or research needs, not automated or
speculative bulk collection
Volume & Rate Limits
Standard accounts are subject to reasonable limits on searches, AI assistant messages, and email reveals
per hour/day to protect platform stability. If your business genuinely needs higher volume, contact
hello@findora.ng to discuss options.
Not Permitted
- Automated or scripted use of the AI assistant or search endpoints (bots, scrapers targeting Findora
itself)
- Creating multiple accounts to bypass credit limits, trial restrictions, or rate limits
- Bulk reselling or redistributing datasets or account access to third parties
- Using Findora to build a competing lead-generation or scraping product
- Using contact data obtained through Findora for harassment, spam, or any unlawful purpose
Enforcement
Violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account, at our
discretion, depending on severity. We aim to be reasonable, genuine mistakes are treated differently
from deliberate abuse.
